We are a diversity, inclusion, and belonging training company led by experienced psychologists and researchers. We bring the very best evidence-informed diversity training to your employees in a way that is engaging, interactive, and inclusive of people from all backgrounds.
We offer over 30 workshops in a live, virtual format that allows for an engaging experience for all participants. By keeping each online workshop cohort to under 50 employees, we can utilize online learning tools like polls, chats, and breakout rooms in order to ensure maximum engagement and learning. The curriculum for each workshop is carefully designed by an expert in the field using the latest research. Workshop facilitators are trained clinicians who are experienced in navigating complex group dynamics for maximum learning and growth.
Series I : Understanding Diversity In The Workplace
These essential diversity workshops are our most popular offerings and were created by researchers and scholars to bring best practices from research to the workplace. This series of four workshops teach employees to identify and address bias, dismantle racist systems, and build equitable communities.
These workshops are presented in a live, interactive, online format that allows for interaction in a way that promotes learning and growth in an inclusive environment. Workshops are facilitated by two facilitators from different racial backgrounds in order to model different ways of interacting with the material. Each module builds upon the previous modules, culminating in a final workshop that gives straight-forward, evidence-based strategies that employees can implement to build a more equitable community.
Series II : Best Practices for Workplace Inclusion
A successful workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiative depends upon knowing and implementing best practices for inclusion in the workplace. From understanding the appropriate accommodations for employees with disabilities, to knowing and using appropriate pronouns for gender minority employees, these workshops teach managers and employees ways to ensure that all employees are included in a diverse workforce. Our workshops on disability, microaggressions, gender, religion, sexual minorities, and gender minorities give all employees the skills and tools needed to contribute to an equitable workplace. Our human resources workshops guide managers through established best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Series III : Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Mosaic Workplace provides evidence-based sexual harassment prevention training that meets all state requirements for companies with cross-state employees. Training is presented in three modules which follow best practices for impactful, attitude-changing experiences. All employees learn about key concepts in preventing sexual harassment and then participate in a bystander training. The final module is for all supervisors and managers and satisfies the state requirements for supervisor sexual harassment training.
